Sweet Treats on Main

Looking for a safe and fun place to take the kids Trick or Treating? Look no further than downtown Platteville. The event features a large number of Main Street merchants who will happily fill your little ones’ bags with various goodies. Many of the merchants also offer special discounts as a treat for the adults as well.

Plan to see many of your children’s favorite characters also Trick or Treating. Disney Princesses, Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Goofy, and the Cat in the Hat are just a few of the guests known to make an appearance at the event.

In addition to Trick or Treating, several other fun activities will be happening:

The Platteville Main Street Program will have concessions: Burgers/Hot Dogs/Drinks available during the event.

The Mining & Rollo Jamison Museums will be offering train rides (weather permitting). https://mining.jamison.museum/

Come and join the Platteville Main Street Merchants as we block off our main street and invite families to visit small businesses to collect treats. We will also have pumpkin activities and train rides in addition to a free 9:30am movie showing at the Avalon Cinema.
